We didn't do all the research and testing to supply products that will break down. We guarantee our products will outlast the competition. We encourage customers to test our products head to head against the competition because we know we will win every time.
CRS is unique because we can build things that no one else can. However, we don't just stop at providing the best products on the market. We want to provide optimal solutions. Not only can we build custom parts for your project, but if we can't make it, we can source it. We are confident we can get material at a lower cost than you can. Our team has a comprehensive list of manufacturers and compounders who can get what you need.

Refunds
At Cumberland Rubber Supply we go above and beyond to find a solution for your unique situation. Regarding refunds, we do our best to accommodate, however many times due to shipping costs or custom-built products we are unable to provide a refund. We do offer a replacement for defective products.
Terms
In most situations, CRS requires partial payment down to start the order, and the remainder is paid before shipping. Please speak with a representative on the phone for clarification. Most orders are custom orders, for custom orders, we DO NOT accept terms due to the custom nature.
Quality
At CRS we stand by our quality and our word. If a part is defective due to manufacturer defect, we will replace the part. Many of our products have different quality standards due to the application. We can provide details on product guarantees with individual orders. (we reserve the right to determine malfunction)
